To ensure that participating partners are set up for success, the Concierge Program has a few entry requirements. These criteria help confirm eligibility and ensure that the right level of support is provided

• Active Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) ID: Partners must have a valid Microsoft Partner ID in order to enroll.
• Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) status: Enrollment is limited to partners operating under the Cloud Solution Provider program.
• Customer-specific implementation project: The engagement must be tied to an active customer scenario, with a clearly defined business need or technical requirement.
• Business Central Online only: The program is designed exclusively for Business Central Online implementations; on-premises projects are not eligible.

To qualify for participation in the Concierge Program, customers must meet specific criteria as the program is best suited for high-value, growth-oriented implementations.

• Business Central Online licensing: Customers must acquire valid Business Central Online licenses to be eligible.
• Annual license revenue commitment: Each customer engagement must represent an annual license revenue of more than $50,000 USD.
• Minimum deal size: Deal size thresholds vary by market. For a complete list of countries by market category, please refer to the countries by market list.
  • Market A: Minimum deal size of $50,000 USD
  • Markets B and C: Minimum deal size of $25,000 USD
• Formal nomination: Partners are required to nominate customers using the official Concierge Program Nomination Form in order for the engagement to be reviewed and approved.

Enrolling is simple and designed to get you started quickly:

1. Submit a nomination: Complete the Concierge Nomination Form or reach out directly to the Concierge team at d365bc_concierge@microsoft.com.
2. Receive confirmation: You will receive an enrollment confirmation within 48 hours of submitting your nomination.
3. Welcome call: Once accepted, the partner will receive a welcome call outlining next steps, program resources, and initial guidance.
4. Kick-off call: The Concierge team will schedule an introductory call to better understand the customer scenario, objectives, and implementation needs.
5. Scope planning: Based on the discussion, the team will propose a tailored scope plan that may include workshops, key milestones, and suggested dates to ensure a successful engagement.
