CSP Deployment Accelerator for ME3/ME5

The CSP Deployment Accelerator for ME3/ME5 engagement is a one-to-one post-sale engagement designed to help ensure successful adoption of Microsoft 365. It enables partners to drive end-to-end customer transformation with Microsoft 365 solutions and helps offset partner costs for deployment and accelerated adoption of Microsoft 365 E3 and E5.

What’s changing?

Starting December 1, 2025, Partners can now claim customers before or within 30 days of an eligible CSP transaction, enabling faster proposal development by incorporating expected incentives earlier in the sales cycle. Additionally, partners now have 120 days from customer consent to deliver and submit proof of execution (POE), providing greater flexibility to complete engagements.

Copilot + Power Accelerate

Continue leveraging the FY26 delivery pathways with refreshed resources designed to streamline customer conversations. Explore new enablement assets across Copilot agents, Power Platform integration, and adoption strategies.

What’s changing?

We’re excited to share that Copilot + Power Accelerate will support customer engagements related to Microsoft 365 Copilot Business. As part of this update, customer eligibility will expand to include Business Standard and Business Premium, and revenue from Microsoft 365 Copilot Business will count toward partner performance measurements for Copilot + Power Accelerate activities, helping you drive momentum and accelerate customer engagement.

Immersion briefings: Inspire and educate customers on Copilot and agent capabilities in a half-day session
Envisioning and proof of concept (PoC): Pre-sales engagements to identify use cases, build a business case, and deliver a PoC
Deployment Accelerator: Post-sales engagements for technical deployment, solution or agent development, and adoption

What’s changing?

In December, we previously communicated the removal of the limit on concurrent engagement per customer for the Copilot + Agents, Secure AI Productivity, and Business Central Immersion Briefings engagements. The concurrent per customer engagement limit on these opportunities has been expanded from 10 to 20, as of January 1, 2026.

Update to customer attestation process

The ABS Partner Activities Customer Survey is being renamed the AI Business Solutions (ABS) Partner Activities Customer Attestation Form starting January 1, 2026, and will now be available in 10 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and traditional and simplified Chinese. The Customer Attestation Form remains a POE requirement, and completion is mandatory for all Partner Activities.
