Copilot + Power Accelerate

Copilot + Power Accelerate will now support customer engagements to accelerate Microsoft 365 E7 and Agent 365 purchase conversations through two key changes:

Agent 365 is now included in the scope of one-to-many Immersion Briefings, Envisioning & PoC, and Deployment Accelerators
Performance measurements are updated to provide partners with credit for incremental customer revenue through Agent 365 and Microsoft 365 E7 SKUs (Microsoft 365 Copilot is a component of E7 only)

Please note that customer eligibility, payout rates, and other programmatic rules for the incentive remain unchanged.

Copilot + Agents Immersion Briefings

We’re enhancing the Copilot + Agents Immersion Briefing experience by introducing a new focus area on securing and governing agents, centered on Agent 365. This update strengthens how partners position agentic AI by clearly articulating the importance of security, governance, and control as customers adopt and scale agents. As part of this update:

The customer pitch deck is being enhanced to clearly land the value of agentic security and governance, with Agent 365 integrated into the core flow of the briefing
The lab experience is being augmented to demonstrate how Agent 365 works, helping customers understand the fundamentals of securing and governing agents and reinforcing the end to end value proposition

Together, these enhancements help partners lead stronger customer conversations, confidently address security and governance considerations, and reinforce the full value of Copilot and agent based solutions as customers move from interest to adoption.

CSP Deployment Accelerator for Microsoft 365 E3/E5

The CSP Deployment Accelerator for ME3/ME5 continues to support partners in driving adoption and accelerating customer deployments. Recent updates reflect the latest Microsoft 365 E3/E5 messaging and clarify eligible engagement scenarios, including migrations. Recent changes include:

Updated bill of materials (BOM) to reflect the latest product marketing messaging and branding
Refined engagement summary to clarify that migrations count toward incremental Microsoft 365 E3 and/or E5 seat growth within the program
Refined engagement guidance to simplify delivery and support more consistent execution

Eligibility note: This program applies to commercial customers only. Education and Nonprofit customers are not eligible.

Secure AI Productivity Envisioning & PoC

Use the new Secure Ai Productivity Practice Development Guide to build and scale secure, AI-ready productivity offerings. It includes practical guidance, recommended engagement motions, and ready-to-use resources to support consistent delivery and stronger customer outcomes.

New and recent updates:

Updated Secure AI Productivity pitch deck to strengthen end-to-end storytelling and value positioning
Messaging aligned to Microsoft 365 E3/E5 packaging to support clearer value positioning and upgrade conversations
New and refreshed proof of concept (PoC)/pilot scenarios, including Intune Remote Help, Advanced Analytics, and enhanced Endpoint & App Management

Cloud Endpoints Envisioning & PoC

Cloud Endpoints Envisioning & PoC continues to evolve with updated resources and valuable tools to showcase how secure, efficient and cloud-based endpoint management drives AI-readiness across environments.

Recent changes:

New XS T-shirt size launched on March 1 for customers starting at 500 seats with required Windows 11 Enterprise and Intune licenses, enabling earlier customer engagement, faster execution, and broader deal coverage!
Expanded coverage for Windows 365 Reserve, including addition of partner-led trial licenses and revenue contribution towards performance measurement. BOM kits have been updated to include key use case scenarios and trial activation guidance, enabling our partners to showcase the full value of Reserve

Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, Teams Premium, and Dynamics 365 Contact Center

Accelerate your Teams expertise at the Teams Partner Technical Bootcamp, covering Teams Rooms, Teams Phone, Teams Premium, Places, and Contact Center.

This advanced, collaboration‑ and AI‑focused event is delivered in a hybrid format. Virtual sessions will run in the mornings, followed by in‑person, NDA‑only engineering sessions in the afternoons and networking events in the evenings. In‑person attendance is limited, so early registration is recommended.

The virtual bootcamp takes place on June 9–10, with an additional half‑day, in‑person Contact Center session on June 10. In‑person sessions will be held on the Microsoft campus in Redmond. Attendees will gain hands‑on technical knowledge, direct engagement with Microsoft engineering teams, and early access to FY27 skilling badges.
