This extension enables partners to convert first‑time buyers and re‑engage opportunities previously delayed due to budget constraints.

This discount applies to all Windows 365 Cloud PC configurations across Enterprise, Frontline, Government, and Business editions, and is available through all channels.

Windows 365 Business 20% price decrease coming May 1, 2026

Starting May 1, 2026, Microsoft will introduce a 20% list price decrease for Windows 365 Business. Paired with a new on‑demand start experience, this update lowers the entry point for small and medium business (SMB) customers while preserving the full Windows 365 Business value and capabilities partners and customers expect.

Together, these changes improve price competitiveness, make it easier to get started, and strengthen Windows 365 positioning with SMB customers.
