Seamless integration

We work closely with our partners to test and certify new and existing solutions and APIs to ensure you will have seamless and reliable integration with your existing contact center solution. There are three different integration models available for you to integrate your contact center solution into Teams. The Connect model uses certified SBCs and Direct Routing, the Extend model uses Cloud Communication APIs, and the Unify model enables solution providers to develop native Azure Communication Service-based (CCaaS) applications using Teams calling infrastructure.
